• Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards the instructor and fellow participants.
• Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in the participant being removed from the class without a refund.
• Please be kind to yourself and others: Each participant progresses at their own pace. Do not compare yourself to others, and remember that everyone has their unique dance journey.

3. Intellectual Property:
All class materials, including videos, choreography, and instructional content, website articles (unless specified), are the intellectual property of Tracy Rhaj (Treisi Andrea Ramirez Gonzalez) and may not be recorded, shared, or distributed without explicit and written permission.

4. Refunds and Cancellations:
Refund policies will be clearly communicated before registration. Participants are responsible for understanding and adhering to cancellation deadlines. Please note that all sales are final. There are no refunds. You may discuss with Tracy Rhaj, rescheduling your attendance.

• Participation in online Fusion Belly Dance classes involves inherent risks. Tracy Rhaj (Treisi Andrea Ramirez Gonzalez) is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the classes.
• I cannot guarantee progress at a certain time because everyone is different and everyone learns at different speeds; My goal is to share my knowledge but I do not guarantee overnight success, nor guarantee a specific time frame in which you will become an advanced or expert dancer. Dance may take years of practice and dedication before getting at a professional level.
• The advice, and interactions presented on this website and in our products and services are solely for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes, in the area of improving dance and dance teaching.
