By enrolling in her classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration and Payment:
To participate in her online classes and workshops, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and current information.
Payment for classes must be made in accordance with the specified fees and payment methods.
2. a) Participation and Conduct: General Guidelines:
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards the instructor and fellow participants.
- Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in the participant being removed from the class without a refund.
- Please be kind to yourself and others: Each participant progresses at their own pace. Do not compare yourself to others, and remember that everyone has their unique dance journey.
b) Participation and Conduct: Opportunities to ask Questions:- Especially during the live classes, participants are expected to be on their best behavior. This being said, participants must wait for the instructor (Tracy Rhaj or our Guest Teachers) until it is the designated time to ask questions. There will be blocks specifically to answer any comments, questions, or concerns, but a class must not be interrupted by any participant.
- Bear in mind that our classes are group classes. Therefore, be respectful of everyone's time.
3. Intellectual Property:
All class materials, including videos, choreography, and instructional content, website articles (unless specified), are the intellectual property of Tracy Rhaj and may not be recorded, shared, or distributed without explicit and written permission.
4. Refunds and Cancellations:
Refund policies will be clearly communicated before registration. Participants are responsible for understanding and adhering to cancellation deadlines. Please note that all sales are final. There are no refunds. You may discuss with Tracy Rhaj, rescheduling your attendance.
5. Technical Requirements:
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technical requirements, including a stable internet connection and compatible devices, for a smooth online class experience.
6. Liability Waiver:
- Participation in online Fusion Belly Dance classes involves inherent risks. Tracy Rhaj is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the classes.
- I cannot guarantee progress at a certain time because everyone is different and everyone learns at different speeds; My goal is to share my knowledge but I do not guarantee overnight success, nor guarantee a specific time frame in which you will become an advanced or expert dancer. Dance may take years of practice and dedication before getting at a professional level.
- The advice, and interactions presented on this website and in our products and services are solely for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes, in the area of improving dance and dance teaching.
- The information supplied is meant to serve as tools for self-help for personal use at your own discretion in conjunction with other teaching professionals.
- Tracy Rhaj is not licensed to provide health advice, medical diagnoses, mental health services, or legal advice.

Tracy Rhaj reserves the right to terminate a participant's access to classes for violations of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California, USA, where Tracy Rhaj resides.
